Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who visited the outpatient or inpatient departments of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from October 2023 to September 2024 will be included as the sample source. Healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations during the same period will serve as the control group. The sample collection and experimental protocols have been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University. 2. AP Diagnosis Criteria: Persistent upper abdominal pain, serum amylase (AMY) and/or lipase (LPS) levels exceeding three times the upper limit of normal, and abdominal imaging showing changes consistent with acute pancreatitis. Meeting at least two of these three criteria is required. 3. SAP Diagnosis Criteria: In addition to the AP diagnosis criteria, the presence of infected pancreatic (peri-pancreatic) necrosis or persistent (>48 hours) organ dysfunction (based on the modified Marshall scoring system, with any organ score =2 indicating organ dysfunction).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion Criteria: Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Presence of sepsis; 3. Malignant tumors; 4. Organ transplantation; 5. Chronic viral infections (hepatitis, HIV); 6. Liver cirrhosis; 7. Chronic renal insufficiency; 8. Autoimmune diseases; 9. Use of immunosuppressive drugs within the past 8 weeks.
