Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathologically confirmed malignant thoracic tumors (including lung cancer and esophageal cancer); 2. Aged between 18 and 70 years old; 3. KPS score greater than 60; 4. Expected survival time greater than 6 months; 5. Able to use smartphones and apps independently or with the assistance of a cohabitant; 6.Capable and willing to participate in the study arrangements, and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of consciousness disorder; 2. Inability to understand the content of the scale due to auditory or visual impairment; 3. Suffering from severe mental disorders (including schizophrenia, dementia, major depression, mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances, hysteria, etc.); 4. Presence of any other serious concurrent diseases that may interfere with the assessment of this study.
