Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1.According to the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of urological and andrological diseases (2022 Edition), patients diagnosed with prostate cancer and planned to undergo radical prostatectomy; 2.No urinary incontinence before operation; 3.Those who have normal communication skills and can perform rehabilitation training; 4.The patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent for the study. Family caregivers: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Informal family caregivers of patients, including spouses, children, siblings, etc.; 3.Understand the patient's condition, assume the main care responsibility of the patient during hospitalization and after discharge, take care of the patient for >= 5 days per week, and take care of the patient for >= 4h/d. When there are multiple family caregivers, choose the person who takes care of the patient for the longest time; 4.Have a clear awareness and good reading comprehension, communication and care skills; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1.Those who suffer from cardiopulmonary failure and other serious diseases of the system and cannot carry out pelvic floor muscle training; 2. Patients with rectal fistula and urinary tract infection after operation; 3.Patients who could not participate in the whole study. Family caregivers: 1.Previous psychiatric history or severe cognitive impairment cannot cooperate with the investigation and research; 2.Those who have received professional nursing training or received remuneration; 3.Participate in other studies.
