Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the 2016 guidelines of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases and the European Respiratory Society on chronic pulmonary aspergillosis, as well as the diagnosis of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis or pulmonary mucormycosis in the 2022 Chinese expert consensus on clinical diagnosis and treatment of mucormycosis; 2. Refusal of surgery or contraindication of surgery; 3. Serious adverse reactions, intolerance, recent hemoptysis symptoms or disease progression after oral or intravenous antifungal treatment according to the guidelines; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindicated for electron bronchoscopy, or bronchial arterial intervention, or percutaneous pulmonary aspiration.
