Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster with a VAS score of at least 60/100; (2) The herpes lesion area is located in the innervated area of the thoracic segment (T1-T12), and all of them are unilaterally affected; (3) Age>=18 years old; (4) the course of the disease lasts 5-10 weeks; (5) No history of drug abuse, alcohol, central system diseases, head injury and brain surgery; (6) Right-handed with normal intelligence, no history of consciousness disorder and mental illness; (7) Able to understand and complete clinical scales; (8) The patient agrees to participate in this study and signs the relevant informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Personality or other mental disorders, behavioral disorders; (2) Pregnant or lactating patients; (3) Claustrophobia and magnetic resonance contraindications; (4) Patients who have received treatment for nerve damage; (5) Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, lung, kidney and other lesions and blood system abnormalities; (6) Patients with block site infection, coagulation dysfunction and related contraindications to nerve block.
