Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological diagnosis conforms to the primary brain tumor criteria of the 5th edition of the "2021 World Health Organization Classification of Central Nervous System Tumors"; 2.Patients scheduled to undergo elective craniotomy for primary brain tumors; 3.Age >= 18 years; 4.Patients with good cognitive function and normal speech function (Glasgow Coma Scale > 12); 5.Patients are informed and consent to participate in this study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other cancers or severe life-threatening diseases; 2.Patients with a history of dementia, mental illness, and severe cognitive impairment; 3. Those who are lost to follow-up due to various reasons and whose information is incomplete.
