Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: >=75 years old; (2) Gender is not limited; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I, II; (4) Anesthesia: neuraxial anesthesia; (5) Surgical method: femoral fracture related surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient had intraoperative blood transfusion; (2) Patients with high HCO3- value in preoperative biochemistry; (3) Patients with hypermagnesemia and hypothyroidism.
