Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria 1 MCI inclusion criteria: meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI and have a constitution judged as either Yang deficiency or Pinghe; Age range from 55 to 75 years old, male or female, right handedness; Education level of at least 6 years; Normal daily living ability; The degree of memory decline is 1.5 standard deviations or more below the age and cultural matched control, indicating objective evidence of memory decline. 2 Inclusion criteria for SCD: Meet the diagnostic criteria for SCD, and determine the constitution as either Yang deficiency or Pinghe; Age range from 55 to 75 years old, male or female, right handedness; Education level of 6 years or more, MMSE score of 24 for junior high school and above; In a complete set of neuropsychological scales that include three cognitive domains: memory, language, and executive function, the degree of damage in the same cognitive domain neuropsychological examination test is greater than 1.0SD, with no more than 2 items, or the degree of damage in a single neuropsychological examination test is greater than 1.0SD, with no more than 2 cognitive domains; If daily activities are intact or there is very minor damage, the social function questionnaire (FAQ) should be = 9 points. 3 Inclusion criteria for the healthy population group: no complaints of memory decline, and physical constitution judged as yang deficiency or mild constitution; Age range from 55 to 75 years old, male or female, right handedness; Education level of 6 years or more, MMSE score of 24 for junior high school and above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease, vascular dementia, brain tumors, cerebrovascular accidents, and traumatic brain injury; (2) Concomitant systemic diseases such as severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction, as well as other systemic diseases that can cause cognitive decline; (3) Patients with comorbid mental illnesses, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc; Individuals with severe hearing, vision, and speech impairments who are unable to cooperate with relevant scale tests and evaluations.
