Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Enhanced CT or MRI simultaneously diagnosed as BWT or unilateral WT combined with contralateral tumor disease; 2 The child has not received any chemotherapy, anti-tumor drugs, or tumor resection surgery; 3 The function of important organs such as the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys can meet the requirements for chemotherapy and surgery; 4 Aged <= 18 years; 5 Obtained informed consent signed by the patient and/or guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Histological diagnosis of bilateral renal tumors that are not WT; 2 The child has already received any chemotherapy, anti-tumor drugs, or tumor resection surgery; 3 The presence of any conditions that may hinder the conduct of this study, such as combined renal impairment requiring dialysis, liver failure, heart failure, or other internal medical conditions that cause deviations from the study protocol during the diagnosis and treatment process; 4 Aged > 18 years; 5 Inability to complete the procedures specified in the study protocol due to reasons related to the family or other factors.
