Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. accord with that diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. The patients with the first stroke were all with unilateral paralysis, and the onset time was 1 month to 1 year. 3. 35 ~ 70 years old 4. Brunnstrom stage 3-5 of motor function of at least one lower extremity. 5. Able to walk independently 6. Clear consciousness, no serious visual and auditory understanding barriers, and good cooperation; 7. No other nervous system diseases, no vestibular or cerebellar dysfunction, no serious orthopedic diseases and complications affecting rehabilitation training; 8. The patient's vital signs were stable. 9. Those who agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Disturbance of consciousness and severe cognitive dysfunction; 2. Combined with acute diseases of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; 3. severe mental disorder; 4. Simple MMSE score <= 23.
