Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients undergoing elective surgery for tracheal intubation with no predicted difficult airway; 2. Junior residents (first or second year) who meet the national requirements for standardized training in anesthesiology residency; 3. No previous systematic training in light stick intubation; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Residents who declined to participate in the study for personal reasons; 2. People who quit during the study.
