Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy Volunteer Group: 1. Age> 18 years old, male or female. 2. Agree to sign the "Informed Consent Form for Scientific Research". 3. No urinary system diseases. Patient group: 1. Age> 18 years old, male or female. 2. Since the beginning of the study, patients who have come to our department for treatment and have been newly diagnosed as bladder cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, ureteral cancer, renal pelvic cancer, ureteritis, urothelial hyperplasia, and bladder lesions. 3. Agree to sign the "Informed Consent Form for Scientific Research"
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the "Informed Consent for Scientific Research". 2. Those who have recently undergone chemotherapy, immunotherapy and surgery. 3. Those who are unable to obtain enough urine.
