Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease and are diagnosed for the first time; 2 Aged 18 to 75 (inclusive) years; 3 Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; 2 Those with obvious audio-visual impairment; 3 Patients with contraindications (unstable angina pectoris, cardiac function grade IV, uncontrolled severe arrhythmia, uncontrolled hypertension [resting systolic blood pressure > 180 mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 k Pa) or resting diastolic blood pressure > 100 mm Hg], high fever or severe infection, cachexia state, multi-organ failure, or inability to cooperate) were evaluated according to the criteria for prohibiting cardiac rehabilitation in the Chinese Guidelines for Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention .
