Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.depression was diagnosed according to the International Classification of diseases 10th edition (ICD-10) by 2 or more psychiatrists;2.self-rating depression scale -SDS-RRB-SDS) , 20 items, each item was graded 1-4, the cut-off value of standard score was 50 points, among which, 50-59 points were mild depression, 60-69 points were moderate depression, >= 70 points were severe depression; 3.All the subjects had normal listening and speech skills and could cooperate to complete the tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other mental disorders such as mental disorders, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia caused by organic diseases of the nervous system and physical diseases were excluded, nearly 30 days taken antibiotics, hormones and psychiatric drugs, breast-feeding or pregnant women patients;
