Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Exposure to an unstable and unsafe family environment, such as witnessing domestic violence, parental separation, divorce, the death of one or both parents or guardians, alcoholism, drug abuse, imprisonment, imprisonment, mental disorders, and suicidal tendencies of family members; 2.Junior high school teenagers, aged 12-15 years old or so; 3.Have basic reading, writing and understanding skills, and can cooperate with intervention and fill out questionnaires; 4.Teenagers and their guardians sign informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe physical disease, organic brain disease or other severe mental disorder; 2. At the same time to accept other mental health training.
