Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Schizophrenia patients with aggressive behavior: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 schizophrenia; 2. Repeated (>= 3 times) physical aggression towards others, with the most recent occurrence within 1 year; 3. Stable medication for 3 months, with no change in medication plan in the past month; 4. Right handed, aged 18-50 years old; 5. Normal hearing, vision or corrected vision; 6. Can cooperate and willing to participate in this study, sign a written consent form. Schizophrenia patients without aggressive behavior: Except for those without aggressive behavior, the inclusion and exclusion criteria are the same as those for schizophrenia patients with aggressive behavior. Health control: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnosis in DSM-5 after SCID screening and have no family history of mental illness; 2. No aggressive behavior; 3. Right handed, aged 18-50 years old; 4. Normal hearing, vision or corrected vision; 5. Can cooperate and willing to participate in this study, sign a written consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Schizophrenia patients with aggressive behavior: 1. have intellectual disabilities (based on Wechsler Intelligence Scale); 2. Serious physical illness, history of head trauma; 3. History of substance abuse such as drugs and alcohol; 4. There are contraindications for MRI; 5. History of electroconvulsive therapy within the past 6 months. Schizophrenia patients without aggressive behavior: Same as above. Health control: 1. Presence of intellectual disability (based on Wechsler Intelligence Scale); 2. Serious physical illness, history of head trauma; 3. History of substance abuse such as drugs and alcohol; 4. There are contraindications for MRI.
