Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Control group: gestational age 37 85 umol/l or skin yellow stain, the TBIL value returned to normal, no antibiotics or microecological preparations were taken before, during and after delivery; complete investigation data were provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.gestational age of 37 weeks or >=42 weeks; 2.Infection or sepsis; 3.Severe immunodeficiency; 4.Complex congenital heart disease (atrial septal defect > 1cm and ventricular septal defect > 2mm); 5.Central nervous system disease or malformation (intracranial infection, cerebrovascular malformation, etc.); 6.Respiratory abnormalities (tracheo-esophageal leakage, etc.); 7.Gastrointestinal diseases or malformations (necrotizing enterocolitis, biliary atresia, anal atresia, congenital megacolon, etc.); 8.Diaphragmatic hernia, chromosomal abnormalities, inherited metabolic diseases, etc; 9.History of asphyxia; 10.Jaundiced skin appeared within 24 hours of birth; 11.Transcutaneous total bilirubin values exceeding the 95th percentile of the Bhutani curve within 24 hours of birth or an increase in transcutaneous total bilirubin value >85umol/L; 12.Gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation, abdominal distension, diarrhea and vomiting occurred before enteral feeding; 13.Enteral feeding was not performed; 14.Use of antibiotics or microecological agents; 15.Family members were reluctant to participate;
