Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The subject has a history of ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI; The subjects met the diagnostic criteria of "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" 2. Stable condition, stable vital signs, able to understand and execute relevant instructions 3.Standing balance level II. or above; Brunnstrom lower extremity stage III. and above.Ability to walk independently or under supervision for more than 12m 4. Age 18 to 75 years old, male or female 5.The course of the disease > 2 weeks and not more than 1 year 6. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with contraindications to TMS treatment: including metal objects in the body, such as pacemaker installation, cochlear implant, etc., history of epilepsy, skull defect, etc. 2. Those who have severe audio-visual, speech, and cognitive impairments and cannot cooperate with the examination 3. Patients with cerebellar lesions, traumatic brain injuries, brain tumors and other neurological diseases 4.Other situations that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in this clinical trial
