Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with OSAHS by PSG, BMI >=28Kg/m^2, and hypertension; 2. Participate voluntarily and be able to sign informed consent independently; 3.Age 18-60 years old; 4. no serious mental illness, can skillfully use intelligent terminals and effectively cooperate with communication, exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Minors or patients > 60 years old; 2. Patients with space-occupying lesions of nose and throat and maxillofacial deformities; 3. Combined with serious mental illness, cognitive impairment; 4. accompanied by malignant tumors, blood system diseases; 5. Patients who had been diagnosed with obesity-related OSAHS combined with hypertension and had received weight loss, lifestyle intervention, upper airway function exercise, CPAP, surgery and other treatments; 6. Patients who dropped out of the study.
