Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 5-60 years old; 2. patients with clinical diagnosis of OSA; 3. Complete brain examination, sleep multidimensional mapping and cognitive/emotional depression scale assessment; 4. Being right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of mental and/or neurological conditions including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and major depression (suicidal ideation or psychological admission within the previous 12 months); 2. taking any medications that may affect the central nervous system; 3. Inability to give informed consent, and contraindications to MRI examination (e.g., pregnancy, claustrophobia).
