Experimental group:Airway grading management is carried out based on the comprehensive assessment of pulmonary ultrasound signs and airway grading scores.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the criteria for critical care ultrasound technology; 2. Patients who have been on mechanical ventilation for 48 hours or longer; 3. Patients with relatively stable hemodynamics, defined as the absence of acute myocardial ischemia, no increase in vasoactive drug dosage, systolic blood pressure exceeding 90 mmHg, and central venous pressure (CVP) greater than or equal to 5 cmH2O; 4. Patients anticipated to require mechanical ventilation for a duration of 5 days or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Limited access to pulmonary ultrasound examination; 2. Thoracic deformity; 3. The patient or his/her legal representative refuses to participate in the study; 4. Already included in other clinical studies.
