Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with cerebral palsy (CP)/global developmental delay (GDD)/intellectual disability (IDD) by a pediatric specialist according to the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases, Revision 11 (ICD-11) or the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 2. Gender is not limited, age 2-12 years old; 3. The Gesell assessment adaptive energy zone < 75 points, the Wechsler Intelligence Scale (WISC) score of < 70 points, and the intellectual age < 6 years old; 4. Mandarin is the main communication language in the family; 5. Able to comply with written and verbal instructions from the researcher and able to comply with all tests and requirements; 6. Informed consent of parents or guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe physical illness or sensory/motor impairment, such as hearing or vision impairment, physical deformities of the hand/arm, and unstable seizure disorder, which may make children unable to use touchscreen devices such as electronic tablets; 2. Traumatic head injury or genetic/neurological disease, severe psychiatric illness such as diagnosis of childhood schizophrenic dysfunction, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, severe obsessive-compulsive disorder, severe depression or severe anxiety disorder or other mental disorders that the investigator believes may confound the study data/assessment; 3. Serious behavioral problems; 4. Diagnosed or reported by parents as color blindness (clinically confirmed by ICBT); 5. Have previously participated in research such as digital cognitive intervention for children or have been exposed to the app in the past; 6. One sibling was also involved in the current study.
