Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old 2. Patients with clear consciousness and normal communication 3. Patient fully understands Digital Rating Scale (NRS) 4. Surgery is required 5. An analgesic pump should be used after surgery 6. Subjects voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have used analgesics in the past month 2. Patients with a history of opioid abuse 3. Patients with serious dysfunction of vital organs such as liver and kidney before operation 4. Patients who are allergic to analgesics 5. Patients for whom the investigator believes that other causes need to be ruled out
