Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People between the ages of 18-30; 2. Have a history of ankle sprain, and the number of recurrence of ankle sprain is not less than 2 times within 1 year before the start of the study; The Cumberland Ankle Score (CAIT) <= 24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of lower extremity surgery or fracture; recent unhealed musculoskeletal injury of lower extremity; the presence of other diseases that may affect balance; vestibular or concussion-related history; taking medications that may affect your mood or mental state.
