Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Overweight/obese group: 1) Age <=18 years old; 2) Those whose BMI is greater than or equal to the "overweight" threshold of the corresponding gender and age group are overweight, and those whose BMI is greater than or equal to the "obesity" threshold of the corresponding gender and age group are obese. Refer to the health industry standard WS/T 586-2018 "Screening for Overweight and Obesity in School-age Children and Adolescents" issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China in 2018; 3) All children received routine two-dimensional ultrasound examination of the liver; 4) Liver function and blood lipid tests were performed within 2 weeks before and after ultrasound examination. 2. Healthy children group: 1) Age <=18 years old; 2) BMI in the range of P5-P95 percentiles of the same age and sex; 3) The results of two-dimensional ultrasound examination of liver and liver function were normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for overweight/obesity group: 1) liver tumor, viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury and other underlying diseases; 2) Exclude suspected or confirmed kidney disease, cholestasis, heart failure and other diseases; 3) Have a history of alcohol consumption, alcohol consumption equivalent to alcohol consumption >=140 g/ week for men and >=70 g/ week for women. 2. Exclusion criteria of healthy children group: 1) abnormal liver function results or genetic metabolic history; 2) A history of liver tumor, viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury, kidney disease, cholestasis, heart failure and other underlying diseases; 3) Incomplete data.
