Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with pathologic diagnosis of primary lung cancer; (2) Age >=18 years old; (3) Those who showed no metastasis of pulmonary hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes on CT and did not invade the surrounding organs; (4) Patients voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent; (5) Patients who did not receive radiotherapy for the first surgery; (6) Thoracoscopic lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with imaging diagnosis of distant metastases from the tumor; (2) Those who have undergone secondary surgery on lungs; (3) Combined heart, liver, kidney and other major organs dysfunction; (4) Patients with other tumors.
