Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with no contraindications and age 65 years; 2. Braden score =7 days; 4. informed consent for the study and voluntarily cooperated with the investigation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindication of position change; 2. Critical condition with abnormal function of heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs;
