Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Compliance with the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension in the National Guidelines for Prevention and Management of Grassroots Hypertension 2020 Edition, and patients with ventricular arrhythmia were at least obtained by Holter electrocardiogram examination; 2.48-73 years old, and all of them have been treated in our hospital for a long time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious damage of brain, liver and kidney function; 2.Congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease and other types of heart disease; 3.Associated with malignant tumor or infection; 4.Serious mental illness; 5.History of previous atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular block, or related antargenicity treatment.
