Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I-? 2.18 years 70kg))
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Surgery in the neck mouth or throat area. 2.A recent or ongoing upper airway infection. 3.Nasal intubation or double-chamber tracheal intubation. 4.Patients with preoperative sore throat. 5.Expected duration of surgery >240 minutes. 6.Individuals who are unwilling or unable to communicate.
