Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of healthy volunteers and ASCVD patients, and is confirmed by a professional physician in the inpatient medical record. 2. Complete archives, with repeated and traceable hospitalization records/outpatient records/flow records, medication records, follow-up records. 3. Subjects who agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases with intrinsic inflammatory response (such as inflammatory bowel disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); 2. Vegetarians or people with irregular diet and serious eating behavior disorders; 3. Chronic anti-inflammatory therapy with steroids and/or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or prior antibiotic therapy within the past 3 months; 4. Persons who abuse alcohol or drugs out of control. 5. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months.
