Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old; 2. Accept maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery and implant treatment; 3. Can clarify the reason for Schneider film thickening; 4. There were no clinical symptoms related to acute maxillary sinusitis before surgery; 5. For patients with residual bone height greater than 6 mm who have been elevated through the alveolar ridge and maxillary sinus floor, only PRF is implanted; 6. Bone mass: Type I-III bones; 7. Adequate keratinized gingival width (postoperative buccal keratinized gingival width >= 2 mm); 8. Systemic diseases that do not have a serious impact on implant therapy; 9. Smoking less than 10 cigarettes per day; 10. Have complete medical records, clinical and imaging data; 11. The patient is able to complete at least one year of follow-up and follow up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is acute inflammation in the oral cavity; 2. Untreated periodontal disease patients; 3. Severe nocturnal bruxists; 4. Heavy smoking (>= 10 cigarettes) or excessive drinking; 5. Systemic diseases that affect soft tissue healing and osseointegration (such as uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis, etc.); 6. Taking bisphosphonates or anticoagulant drugs; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
