Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age >=16 years old; 2.diagnosis of moderate to severe obstructive meibomian gland dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.loss of meibomian glands>2/3; 2.abnormal eyelid structure; 3.active ocular inflammation or other eye diseases such as glaucoma and punctale occlusion; 4.history of ocular surgery or trauma; 5.wearing contact lenses within the past 2 weeks; 6.receiving relevant physical therapy or intense pulsed light therapy within the past 6 months; 7.long-term ocular medications; 8.autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment; 9.pregnant or lactating women.
