Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: adult patient with HCC at the Barcelona stage B/C was first diagnosed It meets the diagnostic criteria for HCC in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2024 edition) issued by the National Health Commission. (1) For patients with HBV or HCV infection or cirrhosis caused by any reason, after finding nodules with the largest diameter <=2 cm in the liver, four examinations including multi-parameter MRI, dynamic enhanced CT, contrast-enhanced ultrasound or hepatocellular specific contrast agent Gd-EOB-DTPA were performed. The clinical diagnosis of liver cancer can be made if at least 2 of them show obvious enhancement of lesions in arterial stage, and the enhancement of intrahepatic lesions in portal vein stage and (or) delayed stage is lower than that of liver parenchyma, that is, "fast forward and fast out". If a nodule with a maximum diameter of more than 2 cm in the liver is found, it can be clinically diagnosed as liver cancer if there is only one typical liver cancer feature in the above four imaging examinations. (2) In patients with HBV or HCV infection, or cirrhosis caused by any reason, intrahepatic nodules were found during follow-up, and hepatocellular carcinoma was pathologically confirmed by liver puncture or surgical resection. (3) More than one lesion and at least one lesion larger than 3 cm or more than 3 lesions, regardless of size. Or vascular invasion/extrahepatic metastasis.
