Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis. 2. Patients over 40 years of age, regardless of gender. 3. Grade I., II and III in the radiological disease grading criteria for osteoarthritis. 4. Patients who have not used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones and other western drugs in the first 4 weeks of the trial, and have not been treated or taken other drugs in the near future. 5. Agree to receive ozone injection treatment and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot meet the diagnostic criteria of this study. 2. Grade 0 and IV in the radiological condition grading criteria for osteoarthritis. 3. Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illness such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney organs, coagulation function, endocrine system, etc. 4. Patients with knee tumors, knee fractures, rheumatoid, gout, tuberculosis, suppuration and complications affecting joint structures, or patients with psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc. 5. Pregnant women or prospective pregnant women. 6. Patients with significant narrowing of the joint space or bony rigidity due to the formation of bone bridge connection between the joints, obvious knee valgus deformity and a history of vascular nerve injury of the affected limb. 7. Those under the age of 40 or over the age of 75. 8. Have a history of knee surgery.
