18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with tibia and fibula fractures confirmed by CT or X-ray examination (fresh, closed, unstable, single fracture; Without injury of other parts [29]; 2) Hospital admission within 24 hours after injury; 3) State Anxiety Questionnaire (S-AI) > 40 scores; 4) Age 18-65; 5) Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the test; 6) Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Chronic pain history; 2) Have a smell disorder; 3) A history of asthma.
