Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Study Group: (1) All patients met the diagnostic criteria for bronchial asthma; (2) Procalcitonin, blood routine and pulmonary function tests were performed; (3) Age greater than 65 years old; 2. Control group: (1) Non-asthma patients in the same period; (2) Procalcitonin, blood routine and pulmonary function tests were performed; (3) Age greater than 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other respiratory malignant tumors; (2) Severe congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, acute phase of myocardial infarction, severe intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary complications, acute respiratory failure, pneumothorax and other critical conditions; (3) Accompanied by systemic diseases such as blood or endocrine; (4) Combined with pulmonary interstitial lesions; (5) Patients with immune functional diseases.
