Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with optic nerve and retinal disorders by professional ophthalmologists, and whose genotype has been clearly identified through clinical genetic testing, are included. This encompasses conditions such as glaucoma, Stargardt's disease, and hereditary optic neuropathy. The age range for inclusion is 6 to 50 years. Participants must voluntarily agree to partake in the study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of trauma or eye surgery, and who lack pre-injury or pre-surgery ocular examination data, are included. Also included are patients who are third-degree or higher relatives of other participants already enrolled in this study. Patients with severe systemic diseases (such as advanced cancer, severe heart disease, etc.) that may affect survival or treatment decisions are also included.
