Glucocorticoids+Beta-2 agonists +Bifidobacterium breve group:Conventional treatment with glucocorticoids + ß-2 receptor agonists was received, along with oral probiotics.
Glucocorticoids+Beta-2 agonists +Placebo:Conventional treatment with glucocorticoids plus beta-2 receptor agonists was given along with oral placebo.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for childhood bronchial asthma described above. 2.Age 0-3 years old, male and female. 3.During treatment, glucocorticoid +ß2 receptor agonist + probiotics can be actively combined according to the course of treatment. 4.Patients and their families give informed consent and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria. 2.Patients with serious organ diseases. 3.There are immune system defects. 4.Patients allergic to the drugs used in this study. 5.Patients who resisted relevant research work and had poor compliance.
