20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery who are going to undergo cardiac surgery. 2. Age>=20 years old and <=75 years old. 3. American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) grade II.~IV. 4. New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade II or IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe renal insufficiency before surgery, end-stage renal disease receiving renal replacement therapy, and patients receiving nephrotoxic drug therapy. 2. Patients undergoing rare or complex cardiac surgery (left heart mass resection, aortic arch reconstruction, etc.), patients with hypothermic arrest surgery. 3. Patients with signs or symptoms of septic shock before surgery. 4. Patients with moderate and severe anemia, which is very likely to affect postoperative AKI. 5. Patients who refuse to participate in the program by themselves or their family members.
