Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for the Chemotherapy Group: 1. Age: 20-65 years old; 2. BMI < 40 kg/m² ; 3. Histologically or cytologically confirmed breast cancer; 4. Received at least four cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery and planned for elective surgery; Inclusion Criteria for the Non-Chemotherapy Group: 1. Age: 20-65 years old; 2. BMI < 40 kg/m² ; 3. Diagnosed with breast nodules or masses by imaging;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for the Chemotherapy Group: 1. History of subtotal gastrectomy; 2. Current gastrointestinal obstruction or hiatal hernia; 3. Diabetes mellitus; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Inability to cooperate with the gastric ultrasound procedure; 6. Severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lung, liver, or kidney; Exclusion Criteria for the Non-Chemotherapy Group: 1. History of subtotal gastrectomy; 2. Current gastrointestinal obstruction or hiatal hernia; 3. Diabetes mellitus; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Inability to cooperate with the gastric ultrasound procedure; 6. Severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lung, liver, or kidney; 7. Patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery.
