Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age <18; 2.Diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia; 3.Plan to receive or have received anthracycline-based therapy regularly in our hospital; 4.The patient and family to informed consent for the research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Left ventricular ejection volume at baseline <50%; 2.Conditions that are not treated with the CCCG-ALL-2020 protocol, such as trisomy 21 syndrome, or congenital or hereditary diseases associated with organ impairment; 3.Secondary leukemia; 4.Heart disease or application of cardiotoxic drugs before chemotherapy; 5.Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent, key research materials of missing children;
