Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents or adults, aged 12-65 years; 2. A history of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis for more than 2 years meets one of the following 4 criteria: (1) Decreased quality of life (2) Affect social functions (3) Affect sleep (4) Affect study/work 3. Allergic rhinitis is confirmed by skin test or allergen specific IgE detection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating female patients; 2.Allergic to the ingredients of the experimental drug; 3.Nasal ulcer (grade 3), perforation of the nasal septum (grade 4), other nasal diseases or structural abnormalities; 4.Nasal or sinus surgery within 1 year; 5.Uncontrolled asthma with FEV1<75%; 6.Patients with severe lung disease or arrhythmia, glaucoma or cataracts;
