Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age Range: Adults aged between 18 and 50 years. 2. Health Status: Individuals without chronic diseases (such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc.). 3. Physical Burden: Individuals without recent surgery, trauma, or significant medical history. 4. Medication Use: Individuals not on long-term medications affecting energy metabolism, such as hormonal medications or weight loss drugs. 5. Occupation: Individuals with no long-term exposure to high noise environments, such as traffic police or airport staff. 6. Normal Hearing: Participants should have normal hearing, which can be confirmed through standard hearing tests (e.g., pure tone audiometry). 7. No Hearing Loss: Individuals with significant hearing loss should be excluded, using common definitions for hearing loss (e.g., hearing loss greater than 25 decibels). 8. No Family History of Deafness: Individuals with a family history of deafness or hereditary hearing disorders should be excluded. 9. No Auditory System Diseases: Individuals with diseases or a history affecting the auditory system, such as inner ear diseases or cochlear implants, should be excluded. 10. Living Environment: Individuals who have recently been in high-decibel environments for extended periods (such as construction sites, factories, loud music, construction, or densely trafficked areas) should be excluded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of Medications: Use of various types of medications that may affect energy metabolism within the last 3 months. 2. Inability to Perform Normal Daily Activities: Participants lack the ability to perform normal daily activities and have motor disorders. 3. Diseases with Abnormal Clinical Manifestations: Presence of diseases that need to be excluded due to abnormal clinical manifestations, including but not limited to diseases of the nervous system, cardiovascular system, blood and lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, immune system, kidneys, liver, or metabolic disorders, or mental system diseases. 4. History of Gastrointestinal Surgery: Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal surgery. 5. History of Gastrointestinal Diseases or Antibiotic Use: Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or antibiotic use within the last two weeks. 6. Habitual Stress-Induced Diarrhea or Constipation: Presence of habitual stress-induced diarrhea or constipation. 7. Pregnant or Lactating Women: Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 8. Hearing Loss and Family History of Deafness: Individuals with hearing loss and a family history of deafness. 9. Exposure to High Noise Occupational Environments: Individuals exposed to high noise occupational environments. 10. Long-term Exposure to High Noise Environments: Individuals who have lived in high noise environments for an extended period.
