Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria for AMI as stipulated in the 2016 Emergency Rapid Diagnosis Guidelines for Acute Coronary Syndrome in China; 2.It has successfully undergone the first-time successful stent implantation, with cardiac function at grade II or above, and is classified as low-risk in the cardiac rehabilitation risk stratification chart; 3.The patient's condition is stable after the operation; 4.The patient can master communication platforms such as WeChat and QQ for internet communication; 5.The patient has certain understanding and communication abilities; 6.The patient can independently complete the questionnaire; 7.The age is between 18 and 59 years old; 8.The patient voluntarily participates in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of mental illness in the past or currently; 2.Patients have a definite allergic constitution and have experienced allergic reactions or intolerance to the drugs used in the standard treatment (such as enteric-coated aspirin tablets, clopidogrel, statins, ACEI/ARB, B receptor blockers, spironolactone, etc.); 3.Patients have severe other organ and systemic diseases (such as active hepatitis, severe liver function impairment, renal failure, adrenal cortical insufficiency, tumor diseases, etc.); 4.Patients have severe cardiac insufficiency (III-IV grade), and the optimized drug treatment cannot improve the condition; have obvious organic heart diseases such as dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, severe valvular insufficiency, etc.; severe cardiac electrophysiological disorders such as severe atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, etc., and have not undergone electrophysiological or pacing treatment; 5.Patients with severe complications such as long-term use of hormones, trauma, surgery, systemic infection, severe anemia and cachexia.
