Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical internship duration for nursing interns must be at least 1 month; educational background: associate degree, bachelor's degree, or higher; age >=18 years old; provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: During the survey period, those unable to work due to sick leave or other reasons; individuals with abnormal mental behavior; individuals who have recently experienced major negative life events.
