Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria (1) Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease in the Guidelines for Screening, Diagnosis and Prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease; (2) No cognitive impairment and have normal reading, writing and communication skills; (3) Participate voluntarily and complete the informed consent form; (4) Have a smart phone and can use WeChat; (5) The total score of the Chinese version of Piper's Revised Scale of Fatigue is greater than 0, i.e. there is fatigue. Criteria for caregiver enrollment (1) Age >=8 years old; (2) Voluntary enrollment and informed consent; (3) Spouse, parents, children, daughter-in-law, brothers and sisters of the patients; (4) To be the primary caregiver of the patient, and to have taken care of the patient without compensation for =3 months/to be the primary caregiver of the patient in the daily life; (5) Have normal consciousness, reading comprehension, communication and expression skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria (1) Those with severe mental disorder diseases; (2) Those with malignant tumors or other serious diseases in combination; (3) Those who are not accompanied by a caregiver. Exclusion Criteria for Caregivers (1) Those with serious chronic diseases and unstable conditions; (2) Those who have participated in relevant training.
