Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Burn patients aged >= 18 years with >= 30%TBSA of the burned area; pediatric patients aged = 15%TBSA of the burned area; Patients voluntarily participate in the study, and both patients and their families have been informed of and have consented to the study's purpose and procedures..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with missing outcome indicators.
