8 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are in the adult range of age. Have primary open-angle glaucoma or secondary open-angle glaucoma. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with eye trauma that injures the cornea. Patients with corneal inflammation. Patients with pterygium. Patients with bullae lesions due to other causes. Patients who may affect the measurement of corneal endothelial cell counts (e.g., corneal opacity or opacity). Patients with poor compliance who are unwilling to join the trial.
