Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old, right-handed; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for EM or CM in the 3rd edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorders and are fully qualified to start prophylactic drug therapy; 3. The duration of the patient's headache is more than 1 year; 4. The patient and the patient client understand and abide by the research procedures and methods, voluntarily participate in this experiment, and sign the letter in person signed informed consent; 5. Subjects were able to read, understand, and complete study questionnaires and headache diaries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness, suicidal tendency and severe cognitive impairment. 2. Patients who could not cooperate with follow-up, record headache diaries, or refused to enroll. 3. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent. 4. Patients allergic to tobey ester. 5. Patients with urinary calculi.
