Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder in ICD-10/DSM-IV-MINI diagnostic interviews; (2) Age above 18 years old and below 65 years old, gender not limited; (3) Currently in the non acute phase (HAMD= 29) exist; (5) Having a junior high school education level or above, possessing basic reading, writing, and comprehension abilities; (6) Be willing to participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe psychiatric disorders, organic brain disorders, and mental retardation; (2) Currently in the acute manic/hypomanic or acute depression episode of bipolar disorder; (3) Those who are taking drugs or health supplements containing melatonin; (4) Patients undergoing phototherapy or other physical therapy; (5) Individuals with serious physical illnesses or special physical conditions; (6) Patients currently at high risk of suicide and impulsivity; (7) Those who receive other psychological counseling and therapy in addition to the intervention in this study; (8) Individuals with comorbid personality disorders or significant personality defects who are not suitable for group intervention.
